Amy was warned at her interview with Nadene and Steve that the recruitment world can be ‘sink or swim’ at times.

And so, on the morning of her first day at Eight, Amy’s husband snuck a pair of goggles in her bag and said, “Sink or swim”. But jokes on him because supportive could be Eight’s middle name and Amy was a state swimmer when she was younger.

Amy is known as the Mum of the office. But considering she has 4 boys at home she certainly gets her hours of training in. Even though she’s the only person in the world that doesn’t like potatoes, we forget this and remember how much we love her when she pulls whatever you need out of her magic backpack. Just another benefit of being a super mum.

Similar to when she’s at home figuring out the needs of her boys, Amy is next-level good at determining what her candidates and clients are after. And by channeling her skill of pointing a child in the right direction when they ask her where something is, Amy will be able to help you find your next career move.
