Taking on board Nadene’s advice of “to be what others aren’t, you have to do what others won’t”, being courageous is what Ava is all about.

This is obvious when you watch her smash her role as the prop for Merewether Carlton and Hunter Wildfires. And we think this is pretty cool but as the daughter of Stevie B, you can’t say you’d be surprised.

Ava is the backbone of this office and is pivotal in ensuring all the tasks behind the scenes are done. Ava is so great at her job that when she’s not in, the office turns to shambles, and it takes us all a second to register that the Ding at the front desk means there’s a visitor. Eek. In addition to this, Ava takes her role as Chief Snack Officer very seriously and we all adore her when she restocks the chocolate draw.

Being the voice behind the Eight Recruitment office phone and the “greeter" of people in our office, Ava helps direct anyone who isn’t sure where to go or who to talk to.
